EVOKE Change is a collaborative coaching relationship. I help bring out what is already within you by guiding you to ignite that spark of internal motivation through forward vision thinking. You will gain understanding of the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, which are rooted in cognitive behavior. Behavior change coaching will significantly improve your quest for a healthier and happier you, igniting your passion to move forward with confidence. Cognitive behavior coaching improves emotional competencies, goal attainment, leadership skills, mental health, and overall quality of life.

Shifting

As you are shifting, you will begin to realize that you are not the same person you used to be. When you once remained quiet, you are now speaking your truth. Where you once battled and argued, you are taking the path of least resistance. You are beginning to understand the value of your voice and there are some situations that no longer deserve your time, energy, and focus.
